Centre Stage is Stage Security’s monthly award that highlights one team member who’s made a real impact. It’s a genuine thank you for their dedication and an acknowledgement of their exceptional contributions to the squad’s success and our company values.
Choosing an ‘Employee of the Month’ has a bigger impact than most people realise. It lifts morale across the team, shows that hard work is noticed, and encourages others to aim higher. Steph has been a standout at the Apex Theatre. She’s got a natural way with people and keeps things running smoothly, even on the busiest nights. Customers and the client alike praised her approach, and it’s easy to see why.
May: Kelly
In May, it was Kelly’s turn to take ‘Centre Stage’. When a fire broke out on one of our sites, she acted quickly, brought in the right emergency services, and kept everything under control. It was a textbook example of staying calm when it matters most.
