It is ideal for businesses that need to lock and unlock their premises on a specific routine, such as schools, law firms, museums, and manufacturing plants. It might be that the key holder doesn’t want to take on that responsibility, such as a teacher not wanting to lock up a school late on a cold winter night. Another example is a new-build or site redevelopment project, where we may need to provide access for a site visit.
Our officers will arrive at the agreed-upon time, confirm who is due to show up, grant access, and stay on site until everyone has left, then fully lock the facility and set all alarms. We will perform a full inspection of the site, including checking alarms, turning off lights, and securing windows.
We can work to a prearranged schedule, such as unlocking the building to allow the workforce to enter, or at ad hoc times. We are flexible in our approach and can cater to both short site visits lasting a matter of minutes or hours and more extended visits.
