Mark Peck

managing director

Mark Peck is the managing director of Stage Security and has a long history of working in the security industry.

Skilled in Business Growth Strategies, Board of Directors, Security Management, Staff Development, and Training & Development he is a dedicated business development professional. Outside of work, Mark is a grassroots football manager and enjoys spending time with his family.

Luke Gwilliam-Bridges

Control Room Support

Luke Gwilliam-Bridges is the Control Room Support.

He has worked for Stage Security for over three years and has over nine years of security experience. From working as a Door Supervisor to Static Guarding, he has experienced all aspects of the security spectrum and looks forward to aiding the business long into the future.

Anthony Miller

Business Development Manager

Anthony Miller has recently joined the team as a business development manager for Stage Security.

With a background in security solutions, technology systems and security industry experience of over 7 years, Anthony manages and develops new business at Stage Security. He works with customers to build trusted, quality security solutions that best fit their needs and requirements. His favourite part of the job is meeting with prospective and current clients and working closely with Stage’s talented team of security professionals to deliver first class services. Outside of work his passions include sport, music, art and spending time with family.

Paul Cattermole

Office Administrator

Paul Cattermole has recently joined the Stage Security team as our Office Administrator.

Before making the move to the security sector with Stage Security, Paul experienced 30 years of working in the automotive industry as an administrator. He is a loyal supporter and season ticket holder of our local football team Ipswich Town FC. In his spare time, Paul also enjoys watching sports on TV, going to the cinema and reading.
