Beyond the Box Student is a student accommodation provider based in Essex. Their model includes all-inclusive, fully-furnished private student rooms with extraordinary service that helps build a real community. The site’s offering includes individual studios through to 6-person accommodation.
The Objective
- Looking for a trusted local provider of security services that could deliver on their requirements. They wanted to improve on the services received by the previous contractor.
- Providing out-of-hours services for situations such as lost keys and access was an issue. They were looking for the right security provider to manage requests locally.
- Looking to consolidate multiple supplier lists and transfer to a single supplier for all security requirements on-site.
The Solution
- We took time to understand the unique requirements on-site through detailed site visits, client meetings and reviews. This was key in developing our security solution.
- To provide a 24-hour response to requests from students and staff on site. Delivering responses with a quick turnaround and access to our support team at all times.
- Providing responses through our trained security professionals and managed by our operations team. Delivering these through a fully electric fleet of vehicles.
